Description:
This pneumatic automatic feeder machine mostly install with hydraulic press or punch press machine, used for stainless steel spoon or fork handle embossing.
Regard to the spoon and fork handle embossing, mostly processed by hydraulic press machine, but for the shallow embossing, punch press will be the best choice to save the cost.
Features:
1. Save labor cost, with this automatic feeder, one worker could operate 2~5 sets of machine in the mean time.
2. High output, one set of machine could process the spoon or fork around 33~38 pieces per minute.
3. High efficient production, differ from the manual production, the feeder no need stop to catch the workpiece and put down the processed workpiece, the machine could working continuously.
4. Operator friendly, only need the worker switch on/off the machines, loading/unloading the work pieces from the feeder's inlet and outlet.
5. Safety production, no need the worker put hands into the frame of the hydraulic or punch press machine.
