This pneumatic feeder is installed in the punch press machine, could finished two steps of plastic/wooden handle stainless steel fork manufacturing, include fork tine cutting and fork cup bending. 410#, 420#, 430# standard materials could be process with this automatic feeder. The feeder's work process is use the high magnetic rod to hold the stainless steel sheet from the automatic feeder's inlet and convey the stainless steel sheet to do fork tine cutting and fork cup bending, then the rod convey the finished fork to feeder's outlet. Cycling work in this mode, the stainless steel cutlery fork could be produced automatically.
