This automatic feeder is cooperate with 500 Ton hydraulic press machine. Multiple functions, 2 pieces of spoon, 8 process steps could be finished at the same time. All of 410#, 420#, 430# standard of materials are available.

This auto feeding system mainly used for process 410#, 420#, 430# standard of plastic/wooden handle stainless steel spoon. With this feeding system, one punch press machine could finish two steps of short handle spoon process, include handle embossing and spoon cup forming in one pressing. Only need the worker put the stainless steel sheet into the material inlet and take away the finished spoon from the outlet, one skillful worker even could operate 2~4 sets of machines at the same time.

This pneumatic feeder shall be cooperate with hydraulic or punch press machine, to achieve automatic spoon forming processing. 430#, 420#, 410# standard material are suitable for process.
