This pneumatic auto feeder mainly install in the punch press machine, could finished two steps of process plastic/wooden stainless steel fork manufacturing, include fork tine cutting and fork cup bending. 410#, 420#, 430# standard materials could be process with this automatic feeder.

This hydraulic press machine cooperate with automatic feeder could finish all steps of cutlery/tableware process. In another words, stainless steel spoon edge trimming, handle embossing, cup forming at twice could be process at one press.

This stainless steel automatic feeder almost integrate with punch press machine, used for the stainless steel fork edge trimming. 410#, 420#, 430# standard materials are suitable for this automatic feeder. The main working principle is use the high magnetic rod to hold the cutlery blanking from material inlet and convey the cutlery blank sheet to the fork edge trimming station, after finished the fork edge trimming, the rod will convey it to the material outlet, cycling produce the stainless steel spoon automatically.
